Some close up shots of the palestone valley. The groundcover is a bit different from my older pieces. It's actually broken up by scattered stones and tiny plants (coarse turf).

WOW, love the detail on the grass. What did you use? The long fine hairs that they sell for grass in most hobby shops?

Believe it or not, that's the same blend of static grass I've used on most of my projects; however, A crucial difference is that I applied a light dusting of coarse green turf before adding the grass, and that ended up breaking it up a little bit so that some of the blades stand out rather than meshing into eachother like a carpet.
